Booking

To make a reservation at Stowford Lodge Self-Catering Cottages, please:

1. Telephone to confirm that the cottage and period you require are still available. We will hold a provisional reservation for you for one week from your call, pending arrival of your completed reservation form plus deposit cheque.
2. Complete the form below and return it to us with a cheque for 25% of the total rental due, payable to Stowford Lodge. We will send confirmation by return. (If you are booking within one month of your start date, please send the full amount due).
3. Send the balance of the rental due, to arrive at least one month before your holiday is due to start. Please advise your planned time of arrival (after 3.00 pm) at this stage.
4. We can also accept payment by Debit or Credit Card. If you choose this payment method we will deduct the deposit on receipt of the booking form and the balance one month before your start date.
